The DOE wishes to form cooperative arrangements with institutes of higher learning to recruit and train diverse potential DOE workforce members in multiple disciplines. Among the needed disciplines are: Assemblers, Construction Workers, Electricians, Ironworkers, Laborers, Machinists, Mechanics, Pipefitters, Welders, and Wiremen.
