The program will fund two program areas: supportive resources for childcare for those in pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs ($5,000 for those in pre and $10,000 for apprentices) and outreach/community building into underserved populations to encourage women, non-binary, and other underserved populations into the construction industry.
