Summary:

The purpose of this program is to develop the next workforce that Duke Energy and others in the energy sector will need, with a special focus on programs that help underrepresented populations launch great careers. The funder prefers programs that include volunteer opportunities for Duke Energy employees and that are willing and able to publicize the Foundation’s support.
