As the Director of People Operations, Sondra oversees the development, leadership, and implementation of strategic and effective human resources processes aimed at fostering a supportive, diverse, and high-performing culture at Grants Plus. With over a decade of experience in human resources management, she has led HR teams across various sectors, including non-profit organizations, government municipalities, global SaaS teams, and small start-up companies. Currently, she also serves as a Board Member at Adult Literacy Plus of Southwest Arizona. Sondra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resource Management.
