As a Senior Advisor, Kelley provides exceptional grant writing and research services. Prior to joining Grants Plus, Kelley served in many development roles such as Director of Grants & External Relations at Care Alliance Health Center, Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations at Children’s Hunger Alliance, and Community Development Manager at National Psoriasis Foundation. Kelley holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management, both from Walden University.
