As Engagement Specialist, Helene provides oversight in the Grant Partnerships Department and mentors Grants Plus staff to provide best in class grants consulting services. Prior to her work at Grants Plus, Helene was Director of Individual Giving and Grants at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park for over four years. She was also Director of Development for Cincinnati May Festival and Vocal Arts Ensemble (VAE) and has held development positions at Brevard Music Center, Handmade in America, and Cincinnati Ballet. She holds both an MBA and a Master’s in Arts Administration from University of Cincinnati and has been a member of AFP since 2012.
