Associate Director

As Associate Director, Abby provides strategic consulting to nonprofit leaders to be more successful at identifying and cultivating relationships with key funders to secure grants. Her prospect research portfolio includes George Mason University, Miami University (Ohio), Cleveland Peacemakers Alliance, and Alabama Holocaust Education Center. Prior to coming to Grants Plus, Abby worked for nonprofit organizations in the historic preservation and museum fields and managed grants for a regional historical society. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from John Carroll University and a Master’s Degree in Public History from Indiana University, Indianapolis. Abby lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and daughter. Her hobbies include practicing yoga and learning about old houses (including her own – a colonial foursquare built in 1922).
