Dianne has spent the last 15 years in the nonprofit sector with professional experiences that span human services, arts, workforce development, disease advocacy, and higher education. During this time, she developed an expertise around institutional development and prospect research, cultivating and sustaining relationships with foundations, corporations, and government agencies. 

Curious by nature, Dianne enjoys getting to the “why,” to facilitate alignment between organizational mission and donor interest. This appreciation translates well into Dianne’s role at Grants Plus where she leverages her extensive background in grant writing and donor cultivation to develop compelling proposals and strategies that drive results.
